The Network Scanner - SSH plugin configuration supports the following optional setting.

excludeHosts

  • excludeHosts (string): Hosts to exclude from scanning — same format as hosts

    • Supports all host formats: IPv4, CIDR, IP ranges, octet lists, hostnames
    • Separators: whitespace, semicolon, or comma (semicolon/whitespace recommended when using octet-list notation)
    • Example: "10.1.127.1 10.1.127.254 10.1.128.0/29"

timeout

The SSH connection timeout in milliseconds.

  • timeout (integer): SSH connection timeout in milliseconds

    • Default: 1000 (1 second)
    • Minimum: 100
    • Maximum: 3600000 (1 hour)

Increase for slow or distant networks; decrease for fast local networks to speed up scans.
