Cryptographic Security Platform Compliance Manager requires a CPU with AVX (Advanced Vector Extensions) support for the MongoDB database that is installed with our product. If you are using an older CPU, please check that it includes the AVX instruction set. For more information, see:

If you are using VMware EVC (Enhanced vMotion Compatibility), ensure the EVC mode you selected supports the AVX instruction set.
When deploying CSP Compliance Manager in a VMware environment, we recommend disabling the Memory Balloon driver. Do this by setting the Sched.Mem.MaxMemCtl parameter to 0 for this specific virtual machine. For more information, see:
