When a failure occurs in one data center:

1. Configure the load balancer to send traffic only to the remaining active data center. This remaining data center will handle 100% of the load.
2. If the failed data center also hosts the Entrust Certificate Authority or the CRL server, migrate those services to a working data center and reconfigure the Validation Authority deployments accordingly – for example, update the URL of the Entrust Certificate Authority or CRL server.
