When you enable the Enable CA Profile Sync setting, CA Gateway adds an entry for each profile defined in Sectigo. The CA Gateway profile list then includes:

• The profiles synchronized from the Sectigo CA, which retain in CA Gateway the same identifier as in Sectigo.
• The profiles manually added using the Management Console as explained in Configuring and deploying CA Gateway.
