The Bootloader stores the time difference between local time and UTC along with a comma-separated list of NTP servers. If you need to change the list of NTP servers, you can update htbl.conf or you can use the following command:

UpdateHTBootloaderNtpServers.ps1 [-ntpsrv <server list>] [-default] ntpsrv, where <server list> is a list of comma-separated NTP servers in quotes. The default is to use NTP server settings from the host system, which overrides the ntpsrv parameter.
