You must have created a database connector and an access connector before you can configure the cryptographic provider.

  1. In your PostgreSQL Server VM, navigate to the directory where you installed the Policy Agent.

  2. Create a config file psql.conf inside the /etc directory using the text from the Access Token (Identity and Secret). The file should be in json format similar to the following:

    {
        "identity" : "postgres_connector", "secret" :
        "S3XsZJe/EPNVf2D/YufOUS2HuOsLfKJBKjp3Zx/JIrODqWYRQaYiFWnqet4lPsW0VcvGSvH7yB9BUZIxGi7CaM68cZFtw6yY5IvaCl

    }

    Alternatively, you can directly provide the copied Access Token to the open_session() function.
