See below for instructions on creating a compliance label in the Microsoft Purview Portal.
You must have an account in order to access this page.
To create a compliance label
Navigate to https://purview.microsoft.com
In the menu on the left side of the page, select the Information Protection section.
Click Sensitivity Labels.
On the Sensitivity Labels page, click Create a Label.
On the Label details page, enter the following:
Name
Display name
Label priority
Description for users
Description for admins
Select a label color. This color will be displayed in Microsoft Office.
Click Next.
On the Scope page, define the label scope. Include all items except 'meetings'.
Click Next.
On the Items page, define your protection settings. Include 'Control access'.
Click Next.
On the Access control page, specify your encryption settings. You must check the 'Use Double Key Encryption' checkbox and enter the DKE URI value from the CloudKey details.
If you did not access that Cryptographic Security Platform Vault for Cloud Keys webGUI using the service FQDN, replace the IP or FQDN portion of the URI with the service FQDN.
Click Assign Permissions and choose the appropriate permissions. You must add permissions for at least one user or group.
Click Save.
Set any other values you need, then click Next.
Enter any other values that are required on the following pages and click Create label.
Select Don't create a policy yet and then click Done.
Repeat the steps above to create any other labels you need.
After creating all labels, navigate to Information Protection > Label Policies.
Edit the Global sensitivity label policy and add the new DKE key.
Review your settings and click Submit.
