You may need to download the CA certificate that can verify Cryptographic Security Platform Vault's SSL certificate and upload it to a VM if that VM was inaccessible when the Cryptographic Security Platform Vault SSL certificate was updated.
Warning: Do not rename the downloaded certificate. The name of the certificate has additional information and a renamed certificate will fail.
- Log into the Cryptographic Security Platform Vault Management webGUI with your standard account credentials.
- Select ? > Download CA Certificate.
The CSP Vault downloads a pem file to your browser's default download location.
