Exporting a CBOM file enables you to share cryptographic inventory data with external systems that support the CycloneDX CBOM format.


  1. Log in to the Cryptographic Security Platform Compliance Manager as a tenant administrator.
  2. From the left menu, select Cryptographic Assets. The Cryptographic Assets page appears.

    An alternative is to select Data Sources > Cryptographic Assets.


  3. In the Cryptographic Assets table, select the asset that you want to export.
  4. From the Actions dropdown list, select Export CBOM File. The Export CBOM File dialog appears.

  5. Select the export format:

    • JSON
    • XML
  6. Click Export. A file save dialog appears.
  7. Select the location to save the CBOM file.
  8. Click Save.
