If you have problems with your AWS XKS deployment, check the following settings.
Setting | Expected configuration |

Server Certificate | The certificate is valid |
Certificate Authority Chain | The certificate authority chain is complete, with a valid root CA certificate, intermediate certificate, and server certificate |
DNS record | The DNS record is valid |
Certificate common name | The certificate common name matches the FQDN specified in the DNS record |
Port 443 (HTTPS) | Port 443 is open on your firewall to allow HTTPS traffic |
